I have another computer with spyware.  I have ran ad-aware and spy-bot both in the safe mode.  Could you take a look at the log and let me know what's next.  I also tried to make a contribution thru pay pal, it would not take my credit card.  What's up with that?

Here's the log!

Ok Gary let's clean this logfile up .. Lips Sealed

Set Windows to show Hidden files and folders
* Click Start.
* Open My Computer.
* Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
* Select the View Tab.
* Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
* Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
* Click Yes to confirm.
* Click OK.

Goto START>RUN
Type or Copy/Paste the lines below into the Run Box one at a time Pressing OK after each:

regsvr32 /u Pynix.dll
regsvr32 /u EliteToolBar.dll
regsvr32 /u elitesidebar 08.dll
regsvr32 /u elitetoolbar version 59.dll
regsvr32 /u Pynix.dll

**(Always create a Folder for HiJackThis anywhere but your Temp/Temporary Internet Folders. This is where it will save the backup files needed if there's a problem.)**

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following: (They may or may not be there)

nniymq.exe
gvwna.exe
ovtrt.exe
qdktorut.exe
kkgtqldc.exe
elitemkw32.exe
suicidetb.exe
protas.exe
elitekck32.exe
elitexdx32.exe
ventura1.exe

Turn off System Restore WinXP WinME. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.) Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

O2 - BHO: PynixObj Class - {00000000-DD60-0064-6EC2-6E0100000000} - C:\WINDOWS\Pynix.dll

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [nniymq] C:\WINDOWS\System32\kcclvckn\nniymq.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [gvwna] C:\WINDOWS\System32\tetw\gvwna.exe

O15 - Trusted IP range: (HKLM)

O23 - Service: gvwnatetw - Unknown - C:\WINDOWS\System32\tetw\gvwna.exe

Go to Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs and remove the

Now delete these Folders or Files that are Highlighted: (You may need enable "Show all Files" and disable "Hide System Files" in Windows Explorer / Tools / Folder Options / View Tab) (You may have to boot to "Safe Mode" in order to delete some Files/Folders)

C:\WINDOWS\Pynix.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\kcclvckn\nniymq.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\tetw\gvwna.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\uaxwmbv\ovtrt.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\bbsblic\qdktorut.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\gxeyd\kkgtqldc.exe
C:\windows\system32\elitemkw32.exe

Goto START>SEARCH>ALL FILES AND FOLDERS
Click MORE ADVANCED OPTIONS
Put a tick in SEARCH HIDDEN FILES & FOLDERS
