Operating System Version:XP PRO
Problem Application Name & Version:HP 2510 ALL-IN-ONE WIRELESS
Problem Hardware Make & Model:SET UP TO NETGEAR WGR614 WIRELESS ROUTER
Error Messages: NO TCP/IP FOUND -

I hope you have yer sherlock holmes hat on!
Background: this printer WAS working fine til a week ago. i uninstalled and re-installed the software many times - to no avail. windows firewall is off (for now) on the LAN and the internet connection port. system restore to a earlier (good) date didnt help.

during install the wireless "light" is on indicating a connection to the router; also the printer is directly connected to the router via cat5 at this time per instructions.

The only thing i see as a potential problem is that i (mistakenly) added two new work groups to the system using the "wizard" as i was attempting to rename the groups. one group - the original - has "net" in the name; the second ends with "network", now; and the third is the default "MSHOME". I cant find a way to delete either of these workgroups, or roll them into the first group.

Any thoughts on how to attack this setup prob? Please? Grin
