Hi
Lets kill this infection first.

To remove the startup and delete the Nail.exe file, go to Start > Run and type: cmd
and hit Enter. When a command prompt opens, type:
nail.exe /FullRemove
and hit Enter.

------------------------------------------------------

For the second half of the fix go to Start > Run and type services.msc and OK. Look for the below service:

O23 - Service: System Startup Service (SvcProc) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe

When you find it, stop it if it is running, doubleclick on it and change the startup type to disabled.

Next,  download SvcProc.reg to your Desktop. Doubleclick on it to merge it with your Registry and boot into Safe Mode (restart your PC and tap F8 as it restarts)and run Hijack This again. Check the below entry and click on Fix Checked.

F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe
O2 - BHO: BolgerObj Class - {302A3240-4805-4a34-97D7-1645A0B08410} - C:\WINDOWS\Bolger.dll
O2 - BHO: ohb - {999A06FF-10EF-4A29-8640-69E99882C26B} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\nsb23.dll
O23 - Service: System Startup Service (SvcProc) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe

Still in Safe Mode, make sure that you can view hidden files and folders (and System Files)and run a search for svcproc.exe and delete it. Reboot and post a new HJT log.

This Nail infection still need to be fixed so give this a go.

Download cwsserviceremove.zip and unzip it to your desktop

Next, go to Start->Run and type "Services.msc" (without quotes) then hit Ok.

Scroll down and find the service called <SvcProc>. When you find it, double-click on it. In the next window that opens, click the Stop button, then click on properties and under the General Tab, change the Startup Type to Disabled. Now hit Apply and then Ok and close any open windows.

Please disconnect from the Internet and unplug your modem for the duration of this fix You may want to print the rest of these instructions.

Reboot your computer into Safe Mode by tapping F8 while booting up and continue for the rest of the fix in SAFE MODE

While in safe mode, double click on the cwsserviceemove.reg file you downloaded at the beginning. Grant it permission to add the registry items.

Run HJT and go to ->Config->Misc Tools->Open process manager. Select the following exe files and click End Process  if  still listed. Then Open Windows Explorer and delete them.

c:\windows\system32\kjjptv.exe
C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe
 c:\windows\SvcProc.exe

If Nail does not delete, download the 14 day trial of 'ewido security suite' and run that.
