PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: XP
Problem Application Name & Version:Tungsten/E
Problem Hardware Make & Model:Palm V
Error Messages:MEM-BAD-POINTER

When I download this from my CD it is just fine, although it gives me the message MEM-BAD-POINTER. But when I boot up the program, it simply hangs. The odd thing is that I can sync with my handheld, but the program won't come up on the screen. Even stranger, it works perfectly on my laptop. Help!

Have you tried re-installing the Palm Software?

In answer to "slug," yes, I have installed, uninstalled, reinstalled etc. many times. Roger 37 and I appear to be having the same problem. I sure would like to figure it out - could it be a glitch in Palm's software?
