Operating System Version: windows xp
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model: nokia connectivity cable
Error Messages:

hi, ive got a cable to connect my mobile to my pc so i can do stuff like put mp3s, videos, contacts etc on it. to use the cable i have to install some software from the cd-rom that came from it, but under "system requirements" it says i need to have windows service pack 1 installed. i know i have service pack 2 (its under "add and remove programs" in control panel) but i dont think i have SP1. i looked on the microsoft website and couldnt find it.
if i have SP2, does it have SP1 included in it? or do i still have to find SP1? if i do need SP1, is there a direct link to download it?

Service Pack 2 has all the changes of Service Pack 1 included, so you can stop your search.
