There is no malware in your log.All I can sugggest is to try this....

Boot to the XP CD and select R (Recovery Console)

At the command prompt type:

ren c:\windows\system32\config\system system.old
copy c:\windows\repair\system c:\windows\system32\config

Reboot

so i rename 'system' to 'system.old' and put 'system' from repair to replace it? ok thx!!!
