Operating System Version: Windows 2000
Problem Application Name & Version:WordPerfect 12
Problem Hardware Make & Model:HP LaserJet 4M Plus
Error Messages:

I've already posted this topic in the official HP support forum but I'm asking u guys for some extra help. My old HP LaserJet 4M PLus won't print in bold when in comes to printing this font: English111VivaceBT -- a TrueType font found in WordPerfect 12.
Is there anything I can do/download?

If it's not one of the fonts that the laserprinter has in its standard fonts memory banks, you should be able to download new fonts for the printer through the HP Resource Manager. Adding more memory (up to 38MB, memory used is 72pin SIMMs) to the printer will make sure that those downloaded fonts are retained in memory, even after switching the printer off.
