Hi ZooM .. Smiley
The version of HJT that you are using is outdated .. Lips Sealed .. DELETE it!

Download Hijackthis Ver. 1.99.1
---Important---Create a permanent folder
EG---- Open MyDocuments----Right click an empty spot and select NEW---Folder----Name the new folder HJT ---this is where you will want to save Hijackthis too, also, backups will be stored there.
Download from here
http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.exe

Run this latest version and post back here with a fresh logfile.

Ok done, here is the new logfile.

Also I forgot to post this yesterday, but when I did the Trend Micro virus scan this file couldn,t be cleaned or deleted because it was been used at the time.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\xpjava.exe

Trend Micro listed that file as a WormRBOT.BPJ

Ok ZooM .. Smiley

Set Windows to show Hidden files and folders
* Click Start.
* Open My Computer.
* Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
* Select the View Tab.
* Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
* Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
* Click Yes to confirm.
* Click OK.

**(Always create a Folder for HiJackThis anywhere but your Temp/Temporary Internet Folders. This is where it will save the backup files needed if there's a problem.)**

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following: (They may or may not be there)

winupdate96183216[1].exe
wuauclt.exe <<< STOP - DO NOT DELETE
xpjava.exe

Turn off System Restore WinXP WinME. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.) Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

F2 - REG:system.ini: UserInit=userinit.exe,xpjava.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_02\bin\jusched.exe

O4 - Startup: winupdate96183216[1].exe

O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Sun Java Console - {08B0E5C0-4FCB-11CF-AAA5-00401C608501} - C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_02\bin\npjpi150_02.dll

O16 - DPF: {24311111-1111-1121-1111-111191113457} - file://c:\eied_s7.cab
O16 - DPF: {33331111-1111-1111-1111-611111193457} - file://c:\ex.cab
O16 - DPF: {33331111-1111-1111-1111-611111193458} - file://c:\ex.cab
O16 - DPF: {74D05D43-3236-11D4-BDCD-00C04F9A3B61} (HouseCall Control) - http://a840.g.akamai.net/7/840/537/2004061001/housecall.trendmicro.com/housecall/xscan53.cab

Can you restart in SAFE MODE

Goto START>SEARCH>ALL FILES AND FOLDERS
Click MORE ADVANCED OPTIONS

And a tick in SEARCH SUB FOLDERS

Now search this file:

xpjava.exe  <<< DELETE EVERYTHING YOU FIND

Turn off System Restore

Now run HJT and FIX these lines:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Window Title = Microsoft Internet Explorer provided by iPrimus
F2 - REG:system.ini: UserInit=userinit.exe,xpjava.exe

O14 - IERESET.INF: START_PAGE_URL=http://www.iprimus.com.au

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{1324631A-B736-44BA-A81F-634045BECA8B}: NameServer = 203.134.64.66 203.134.65.66
O17 - HKLM\System\CS2\Services\Tcpip\..\{1324631A-B736-44BA-A81F-634045BECA8B}: NameServer = 203.134.64.66 203.134.65.66 <<< DO YOU RECOGNIZE THIS IP ADDRESS?? IF NOT HAVE HJT FIX THE 017 Entries
