O20 - Winlogon Notify: msvclog - C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\msvclog.dll

I tried to delete these lines by HijackThis in Safe Mode and by deleting the register keys in Safe Mode.

I think I should do something like what you suggested in the similar topic about it.

BTW, the file C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\msvclog.dll does not exist on my PC.

Please, help me. I'm waiting for your kind help.

Hello and Welcome to MyTechSupport.ca

It is essential to keep your computer's operating system and programs in top condition.  That means keeping up with applying patches, hotfixes and service packs. Make sure that your Operating System and Internet Explorer are up-to-date by visiting the  Windows Update Site and downloading all of the Critical Updates and Service Packs.
Please go get your updates and post back a fresh HJT log

Hi Ronny .. Smiley

Set Windows to show Hidden files and folders
* Click Start.
* Open My Computer.
* Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
* Select the View Tab.
* Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
* Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
* Click Yes to confirm.
* Click OK.

To start ...

Download CWShredder from my signature below. Unzip it on the desktop.
Open CWShredder and with ALL other windows closed, click fix.

When your done ..

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following: (They may or may not be there)

wuauclt.exe <<< STOP THIS PROCESS - DO NOT DELETE
CTHELPER.EXE
MsgPlus.exe

Turn off System Restore WinXP WinME. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.) Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

You still do not have your Windows Updates Safe Mode or Normal, if you do not install these your system will be more vulnerable to reinfection.

Also I am wondering why you do not have them, are you running a legal copy of Windows?

This forum will not help you in any way if you are using a bootleg copy of Windows.
