PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:

Hi everyone. I'm running Windows 2000 on a pretty new and unused computer however when I try to run the "Disk Cleanup" utility in the system tools menu it just starts and then acts as if it is not responding.
The task manager shows that it is running and I have even left it over night only to come back and find that it has timed-out or closed itself with no apparent results.
I have searched for and destroyed as many old and temporary files as I can find thinking that there may be too much old junk stored on here but that has not helped.
Any assistance is appreciated.
