xp problems

three weeks ago, I got a new graphics card (GE-Force 5200) and I am having problems with it now (i think). About a week ago, my screen started to flicker so i increased the refreash rate. Then this past friday, my monitor went completely blank. The first action that I did was diconnect my cable to see if it was a cable problem. my graphic card detected it.

then I rebooted the computer and got to the blue login screen. a couple of secounds later, my screen went blank. So I rebooted my computer again and went into safe mode. no problems. I uninstalled my graphics card adapter and tried to login in regular and I was able.

Then i reinstalled the graphics card and my screen went blank again. After a few more tries, i was able to login back in regular. The first thing I did was to bring up my task manager and I saw that almost all of my pysical memory was being used (like 95%). however, hardly no processes were being ran.

I then proceeded to defrag my hard drive, check for errors, did a deep scan with my zone alarm, used ad-aware SE a couple of times, used spy bot, and toyed with my memory performance.

then now when I login to the blue screen, i see that it is doing a memory dump and said something about a mdc8021x.sys and that a file(s) is corrupted)

Back to save mode again i went. After reading some posts from previous posters, i came across this site.....

after scanning my computer, i got these results....
