PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:Win xp
Problem Application Name & Version:Counterstrike 1.6
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:Net_send Packet error(Then various numbers contained here)

Hi, I've read the Steam faq section, and I really didn't understand what they meant when i did a search on the net_send error.  They said you had to do something along the lines of reinstalling my isp, so i did what they said and i couldn't connect; so i called my isp and they said i had to reformat my hard drive to connect to the internet -_-...         Anyways, what happens is that anytime you are in-game playing, (at anytime what so ever) you will be playing, and all of the sudden you're Counter Strike will close, and it will leave a little box that says something along the lines of net_send packet error.  Now remember I'm on dial up, so that Might have something to do with it i'm not entirly sure.  I would just Really like it if I could get these messages to stop, because it's greatly time consuming and it completely dilapidates my score when i'm playing CS.  Much help is needed, thanks much - Dice

I've done a little more research on this... though i'm still waiting for a reply.  Anyways, from what I've read (don't know if it's the exact truth), but from what I've read, Net_send packet errors supposibly occur when the hosting isp service cannot handle the amount of "bandwith or memory or something that's being in of great use.  That's all I know, but if 10 people can read this... i'm sure one could reply.  Thanks for helping -Dice
