Zonealarm has informed me a couple times soo far that my computer is infected with (Win32.SillyDI.JB).  It can't delete, rename or quarantine the file (bbi2.exe).  It tells me where the file is but when I go to the directory there is nothing in there, and I made sure the settings were to show all hidden files.  The virus seems to bombard my computer with popups through IE and download different versions of itself.  Since I was first informed about the infection my Windows load time has tripled.  I've noticed in my processes that svchost.exe is running 8 instances of itself as well when Windows loads.  I downloaded Hijack This and ran it.  What should I do next?  I appreciate any help you can give. This log file was made after I ran TrendMicro's HouseCall, Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D.
Here is the logfile:

Hello and Welcome to MyTechSupport.ca

After going through these instructions, please visit the  Windows Update Site and download all of the Critical Updates and Service Packs.

Please print out or copy this page to Notepad. Make sure to work through the fixes in the exact order it is mentioned below. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before proceeding with the fixes. You should not have any open browsers when you are following the procedures below.

You have placed HJT on your Desktop. Please move to a proper location before doing the fix.
(Always create a Folder for HiJackThis anywhere but your Temp/Temporary Internet Folders or Desktop. A good place to make a folder would be in My Documents, as this is where it will save the backup files needed if there's a problem.)

Download / Install / Update / and Run:
Adaware SE check for any updates before running it.
Get the plug-in for fixing VX2 variants. You can download it at this SITE
To run this tool, install to the hard drive, then open Ad-aware->Add-ons and select VX2 Cleaner. Then click Run Tool and OK to start it. If it's clean, it will say Status System Clean. Otherwise, you will have to click on the Clean button to remove the VX2 infection.

Download and install Spybot S&D . Run Spybot and click on the 'Search for Updates' button. Install any updates that are available. Next click on the 'Check for Problems' button. Let it run the scan. If it finds something, check all those in RED and hit the Fix Selected Problems button. Exit Spybot. If you keep getting the DSO Exploit entries, even after you updated Windows and fixed them, then download the Spybot DSO Exploit Fix and install it over the current Spybot installation.

Scan your pc with one of these free online scanners:
Panda ActiveScan
RAV AntiVirus
Housecall.  Be sure to put a check the box beside AutoClean.

The Temp folders should be cleaned out periodically as installation programs and hijack programs leave a lot of junk there.  Download CleanUp! (Alternate Link if main link don't work) and install it. You will use this later.

Go to My Computer >Tools >Folder Options >View tab and make sure that Show hidden files and folders is enabled. Also make sure that the System Files and Folders are showing / visible. Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files option.

Reboot your system in Safe Mode (By repeatedly tapping the F8 key until the menu appears).

Click > Start > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs and uninstall the following programs:

Attune

Open Hijack This and click on Scan. Check the following entries (make sure you do not miss any)

Thank you soo much GG.  It wouldn't let me remove Attune in safe mode.  I just tried it in normal mode and it will not let me remove it there either.  I also noticed a rundll32.exe still running in my processes.  I will shut down the process for now and await to hear from you.  Here is my new HJT logfile:

Reboot your system in Safe Mode (By repeatedly tapping the F8 key until the menu appears).

Open Hijack This and click on Scan. Check the following entries (make sure you do not miss any)

R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/customize/ie/defaults/stp/ymsgr*http://my.yahoo. com
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/customize/ie/defaults/su/ymsgr/*http://www.yahoo .com
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/customize/ie/defaults/su/ymsgr/*http://www.yahoo .com

If you did not add this page to your trusted pages, it should be fixed
O15 - Trusted IP range: 206.161.125.149

 O16 - DPF: {74D05D43-3236-11D4-BDCD-00C04F9A3B61} (HouseCall Control) - http://a840.g.akamai.net/7/840/537/2004061001/housecall.trendmicro.com/housecall /xscan53.cab

I have no clue what this is, got no hits in Google about it:
O20 - Winlogon Notify: App Management - C:\WINDOWS\system32\mzdrv.dll
Please remember to close all other windows, including browsers then click Fix checked.

Delete the following Files indicated in RED and Folders indicated in BLUE if they still exist.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\mzdrv.dll

Open Cleanup! by double-clicking the icon on your desktop (or from the Start > All Programs menu). Set the program up as follows:

*Click "Options..."
*Move the arrow down to "Custom CleanUp!"
*Put a check next to the following:
Empty Recycle Bins
Delete Cookies
Delete Prefetch files
[X]Scan local drives for temporary files (Please uncheck this option)
Cleanup! All Users
Click OK
Press the CleanUp! button to start the program. Reboot/logoff when prompted.

Empty your Recycle Bin.

Reboot your System in normal mode.

Please post a fresh Hijack This log so that we can check if your system is clean.

I am having troubles deleting mzdrv.dll it says it's in use even in safe mode.  I checked the processes and it said that rundll32.exe is running in safe mode as well.  I keep on taking out "O15 - Trusted IP range: 206.161.125.149"  but I do another scan right after I take it out and it's right back in there.  I made sure to check ZA and I have
no trusted zones applied.  Since I can't seem to get rid of the Trusted Ip range I keep getting "O2 - BHO: CExtension Object -{0019C3E2-DD48-4A6D-ABCD-8D32436323D9} - C:\WINDOWS\cfgmgr52.dll"  that back.  I check in the location but can't find it to delete it.  I don't know if there is a way to suspend or not load rundll32.exe in order for me to take care of these problems.  I think it has to be atleast one of the culprits preventing me from doing what is necessary to get rid of this.

Download: DelDomains.inf  - Right-click and select: Save Target As
To use: right-click and select: Install (no need to restart)

Also Download MoveOnBoot
MoveOnBoot allows you to copy, move or delete files on the next system boot. This can come handy if you need to replace or delete files that are locked by other applications, loaded into memory or cannot be changed until next system boot.
Try deleting mzdrv.dll with this program if you have trouble deleting.

Reboot your system in Safe Mode (By repeatedly tapping the F8 key until the menu appears).

Open Hijack This and click on Scan. Check the following entries
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = :0

O2 - BHO: CExtension Object - {0019C3E2-DD48-4A6D-ABCD-8D32436323D9} -
C:\WINDOWS\cfgmgr52.dll

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [cfgmgr52] RunDLL32.EXE C:\WINDOWS\cfgmgr52.dll,DllRun

O15 - Trusted IP range: 206.161.125.149

O20 - Winlogon Notify: BITS - C:\WINDOWS\system32\wsnfax.dll

Please remember to close all other windows, including browsers then click Fix checked.

Delete the following Files indicated in RED and Folders indicated in BLUE if they still exist.

C:\WINDOWS\cfgmgr52.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wsnfax.dll

I tried to delete wsnfax.dll and it said it was in use by winlogon.exe.  I tried deleting and renaming it with MoveOnBoot and it wouldn't rename or delete wsnfax.dll.  When I deleted mzdrv.dll it took care of my ever persistant 015- Trusted IP range.....thank you soo much.  I just noticed that rundll32.exe is back running again with "O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NvCplDaemon] RUNDLL32.EXE"  I know you will probably tell me to delete that next but will wait for you to tell me to do that.  Seems like everything else is doing good though.  Thanks to you.  Here is my new log file:

Download Killbox
Run KillBox and check the box that says 'End Explorer Shell While Killing File'. Next click on 'Delete on Reboot'. For each of the following files below, check the box that says 'Unregister .dll Before Deleting' if it's not grayed out. Copy and paste each of the following into KillBox (hitting the X button for each file - choose NO when it asks if you want to reboot):

C:\WINDOWS\system32\wsnfax.dll

Open Hijack This and click on Scan. Check the following entries
O20 - Winlogon Notify: OptimalLayout - C:\WINDOWS\system32\wsnfax.dll

Delete the following Files indicated in RED

C:\WINDOWS\system32\wsnfax.dll

Reboot your System in normal mode.

Please post a fresh Hijack This log so that we can check if your system is clean.

Your log is now clean. Are there any problems now? If not, you should be set to go.

It would probably be a good idea to set a "new" system restore point.

Follow these instructions:

Turn off System Restore by doing the following:

Click Start > Right Click My Computer > Properties. Click the System Restore tab and Check "Turn off System Restore" or "Turn off System Restore on all drives". Click Apply. When turning off System Restore, the existing restore points will be deleted. Click Yes to do this then Click OK. Then you can go head and Enable again.

To help prevent future spyware installations/infections, please read the Anti-Spyware Tutorial Anti-Spyware Tutorial and use the tools provided.

Thanks again for all of your help.  Windows is still taking a long time to load up.  It is the part before it loads the blue welcome screen in windows that I have noticed take alot longer.  Not sure if that helps or not.  I can live with it if there is nothing else that I can take out of my log file.
