hey look my pc just restarted and den wen it tried to charge windos xp a sigh came on that said:
 windows coudnt start because the nest file is missing or damaged
/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/CONFIG/SYSTEM

Can you boot into Safe Mode or Last Known Good Configuration? (By repeatedly tapping the F8 key until the menu appears)

Can you borrow the XP cd from a friend? As long a you use your cd key, which should be located on the side of the case, you can use any xp cd.
You dont need a floppy drive just a cdrom
