Those new motherboards come with a voice that talks to you. Is it a ladies voice? Should be something in the BIOS to turn it off.

I did alittle searching about your error message. It seems there is a little swith that tells the bios that the case has been opened and will void the warranty on a Dell or the like. There may be some type of Intrusion switch or jumper that needs reset.
Try taking out the cmos battery for about 10 minutes and replace. (PC off of course Embarrassed)
