PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: XP
Problem Application Name & Version: Internet Explorer 6.0
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages: 'Cannot find server or DNS error'

My internet works 85% of the time, then out of the blue it won't connect to some sites.  For no apparent reason.  There's no consistency with the sites it won't connect to.  I also get disconnected from MSN messenger multiple times a day.  Whatever the problem is I think these two are related.  I have read that a lot of people are having this problem.  But I could not find a solution for me.  I did uninstall Ad-Aware as I think the problem started around the time I installed the program ... but not too sure.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  My wife is threatening to throw the computer out (and somehow it's my fault!!)

Thanks,
Brad

Hiya,,I am by no means an expert, but having gone thru a period of unable and disconnects,it turned out my ISP was having technical difficulties, the last time it was bells high speed line in my area was affected, one thing you could try would be to disconnect from your ISP and reconnect to see if it makes a difference.
