Hi,

I am in the process of upgrading from Win98se to WinXPproSP2 and have a few questions I need help with. Just for clarity I will be doing a clean install on a brand new maxtor HD.

First let's start with a simple one. I have a desktop theme and am hoping to take it with me. I assume this is not a problem as I have been able to reinstall it each time I did a clean install of Win98se using the original files. The only problem I have ever had is the way the "Appearance" looks with the theme - don't really like the colours, so I have always created custom colours - but they are never quite the same - close but not quite it. I would like to be able to actually take these custom colours with me and avoid having to create new colours. I hope that explains what I want to do clear enough.

In the appearance section I have the colours saved as a "scheme". However when I search my computer for the saved 'scheme" it doesn't exist.

Is there a way to find this file. Or is there a way to do this easier and keep all the colours, screen saver, wallpaper, soundscape, pointers, etc...

I appreciate everyone's help with this.

Cheers, Arthur.

I apologize for the delay in replying to your thread.

Open C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes is it listed there?
