Hi. My daughter bought a Sony PCG21212M  (the smaller than a notebook type, can't remember what theyre called) Anyway, she used it for a few months while in Afganistan then it quit.  When u turn it on, all it says is "no operating system" etc.  I though it might be easy to download the software from sony etc. but not sure how to go about it.  I downloaded the software to a little storage device with my PC then planned on putting the storage thing in the Sony but when I do this, the Sony just sits there like a dummy, much like me lol
Anyway, is there anyone out there who could help?
